Systems Are Your Friend

To scale gracefully (read: not freaking out every Sunday evening, not doing social graphics last-minute every time, not feeling absolutely out of control at all times), you need to streamline your systems.

Whatever is disorganized at $200k, will be extra disorganized on your way to $500k. Whatever is messy and leaks time and energy at $500k will prevent you from getting to $1M. 

You need not put so many systems in place that you are stuck in process, but take a look at how you are operating and streamline wherever you can so you and your team are as productive as possible. This could mean a team Slack channel instead of dozens of emails, this could mean a weekly team meeting instead of several one on ones. What would make your life easier? Do that.
