01 — Big Picture

I spent the first chunk of my career in the digital agency world working with a broad range of clients to help their brands, their products and their services resonate with their customers and help them achieve measurable results.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with incredible brands with amazing client and partner teams including: Jenny Craig, Sunkist, 24 Hour Fitness, ASICS, LUCY, Adidas, San Diego Padres, LA Kings, RedBull, ATHLETA, Manduka, ReadyPac, Sony Pictures, Disney Studios, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, AEG Entertainment, Wynn Hotels, Mercedes Benz North America, Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infiniti, Hyundai, KB Homes, Botox, Juvederm, Intuit, 1-800-DENTIST, California Avocado Commission, American Express and Lululemon, along with several early stage start-ups in New York, San Francisco, San Diego & Los Angeles.

02 — Health & Wellness

Along the way, I connected with the YogaGlo team in a profound way and spent seven and a half years as the Chief Marketing Officer of a company I’m so proud to have been a part of — amazing things are ahead for YogaGlo (now Glo) and I am thrilled to still have a front row seat to it all.

And the wellness throughline runs deep. For every year I’ve been consulting with clients, I’ve had at least one client in the wellness space, if not several at the same time. From 24 Hour Fitness and ASICS and Athleta to Sunkist, California Avocados and Jenny Craig, my knowledge and expertise in the health and wellness space is extensive.

03 — Power of the Entrepreneur

As a serial entrepreneur (started a few companies, invested in a few more) and seasoned agency vet (worked for great ones, ran my own), I’m most passionate about other entrepreneurs and helping them take their businesses to the next level. I want to do work that matters with people who are committed to changing the quality of our lives through their work.

I know how challenging it can be to move powerfully forward in your business when you feel stuck in certain areas - whether it’s practical skills like better understanding your Google Analytics and your revenue funnels or truly believing you deserve to build a business you love. My unique experience allows me to work across both spectrums at the same time - very practical tools to help grow your business while also navigating some of the blocks that often arise when we step into the life of our dreams.

Every CEO I’ve worked with, every start-up founder, every entrepreneur has a very different idea about what they want their business to look like. Some want to make as much money as possible while also working as much as possible. Others want to work hard for a few years and then sell. Others are building a lifestyle business they hope will allow them to build a few great revenue streams and then focus on other things that interest them as the revenue rolls in. Others are less concerned with revenue and care deeply about impact and reach.

05 — Why Me?

I’ve consulted on business growth for over 25 years on every kind of business you can imagine, from startups who grew big to CPG companies that needed to slim down to scale again. I’ve been in those boardrooms. I’ve been in those investor meetings. I’ve been a part of those annual strategy meetings and I’ve been on the frontline of executing all the plans that made the difference in those big meetings. I bring all of this expertise to you so you have a swiss army knife of a business partner – someone who has seen it all and done it all – and who wants to share all that experience with you. 

In my work with clients, I have also seen how our lived experiences shape how comfortable (or not!) we can feel when making big decisions on behalf of ourselves and our businesses. I am trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model to ensure that I can safely hold space for you if any of our work together brings up old patterns and responses. Choosing ourselves and saying yes to what we really want can feel scary, unfamiliar and overwhelming. You can be confident that I have the training to provide safe guidance. I have also trained under Tara Mohr through her Coaching Way program and under Alyssa Nobriga through her Mastery Method Coaching Program so you can trust I have been trained in several safe, powerful and effective coaching modalities and approaches, along with all the ethical and legal guidelines required for safe coaching containers.
