You Manage What You Measure

Want to see significant growth in your business this year? Make a plan and track your progress daily, weekly, monthly.

It doesn't have to feel heavy or complicated. A simple spreadsheet of key metrics will do. Site visits and sources. Sales and sources. Number of downloads on that new guide you created. Email addresses captured from your paid ads. Opens, clicks and revenue from your last email campaign. Did that new Pinterest board work? Did that new product page design lead to more add to carts?

You can sprinkle in the woo as needed. Absolutely believe you are worthy. Definitely allow for flow and play. But we cannot make big leaps in our businesses if we are just hoping and praying.

You manage what you measure.
This year, please measure.
